I was fortunate enough to experience Chef Julie's rare gift at her restaurants, Aioli and Nectar, but in
France, these experiences were eclipsed. Not only were we at the markets when Julie selected her ingredients, we were also able to watch her prepare the most extraordinary meals of our lives.
