Small Group. Big Inspirations.
We are intentionally small, never more than ten guests travel with our chefs and host. It allows us to create a familial atmosphere for the week—gathering around a table for authentic dialogue and laughter, to reside in charming villas and chateaus that feel more like home, but with the amenities of a hotel. Both of our residences are owned and managed by the proprietors—William and Rosalie Haas in France; Francis Surman in Italy—who also serve as knowledgeable guides, storytellers, and translators throughout our carefully curated itineraries.
